1. Who is the controller?

The controller is AccessibilityTeam.eu (RAE Sp. z o.o., details above).

2. Who can you contact about data?

For personal data matters write to: kontakt@wcag-audyt.pl. We have not appointed a data protection officer because it is not mandatory in our case.

  • device, browser, operating system, IP address (anonymised), visit date, pages viewed,
  • time on site, clicks, referral source,

We call this Anonymous Information — it does not identify you and is used only for analytics, statistics and marketing.

4. Where do we get your data?

You provide it yourself — e.g. via account registration, orders, newsletter, comments, feedback, email contact and partner programme forms. Some data is collected automatically by third-party tools (IP, newsletter activity, Anonymous Information — see Annex 2).

5. Is your data safe?

We protect data with technical and organisational measures, monitor infrastructure and train staff. Questions: kontakt@wcag-audyt.pl

9. Do we transfer data to third countries?

We do not transfer personal data to third countries or international organisations.

10. Automated decisions

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Behavioural advertising and content personalisation rely only on Anonymous Information.

As a rule we rely on your consent, except for cookies necessary for the site to work.
