Terms of service
Effective from: 29 January 2026
§ 1. General provisions
These terms set out the rules for electronic services and for using the AccessibilityTeam.eu website operated by RAE sp. z o.o., KRS: 0000879874, NIP: 6821791810, REGON: 388005749, ul. Zacisze 23, 32-010 Kocmyrzów, Poland.
§ 2. Definitions
- Website — the site at accessibilityteam.eu and related pages.
- Provider — RAE sp. z o.o., details as above.
- Customer — a natural person, legal person or organisational unit without legal personality who uses the Website or services offered by the Provider.
§ 3. Services
The Provider delivers digital accessibility services (audits, checks, training, tools) on the terms set out in the offer, price list and in the contract or order.
§ 4. Contracts and payments
A contract is concluded when the Customer accepts the offer and the Provider confirms it. Payments are made by bank transfer to the Provider’s account within the time stated in the offer or contract.
§ 5. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted electronically to zapytaj@accessibilityteam.eu or by post to the Provider’s registered address. The Provider reviews complaints within 14 days.
§ 6. Personal data
Rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy policy.
§ 7. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law. Changes to the terms take effect from the date they are published on the Website. Contact: zapytaj@accessibilityteam.eu.
